Warehouse Office Clerk opportunity with a growing construction company. Our client is seeking an ambitious hard worker to join their Houston team.
Warehouse Office Assistant responsibilities:
- Receive and process purchase orders
- Process invoicing
- Maintain Inventory Control and keep high quality standards for audits
- Track and log inventory and orders
- Maintain inventory records
- Report inventory issues to management
- Assist to ensure timely flow of shipments
- Assist to maintain stock in the warehouse
- Prepare spreadsheets and documentation for supplies and materials
Qualification of the Warehouse Office Assistant:
- High School Degree
- 3-5 years Warehouse Office experience
- MUST be English/Spanish speaking bilingual
- Inventory Control experience required
- Invoicing and Purchase Order experience required
- Should have basic knowledge and understanding of a warehouse
- Good working knowledge of Excel required
Must be able to work 7:00 am – 4:00 pm
